Job Description:

• Carry out New Formulation Development Work of Solid, Liquid, Topical & sterile dosage form including Toll Product Development.
• Carry out New Formulation Development Work of Hormone product & anticancer product.
• Carry out Development of Existing Formulation of Solid, Liquid, Topical, sterile, Hormone product & anticancer dosage form if required.
• Ensure data integrity with record during all sorts of development work with documentation.
• Carry out characterization of reference listed drug/comparator product/Leading generic for product development purpose.
• To perform packaging material development.
• Ensuring Compliance in Product Development department Co-ordinate with cross functional department and Compilation of Updated Documentation in each Project File Carryout Pilot Batch Manufacturing.
• To perform Export Documentation Work To perform technology transfer of developed product.
• To perform process validation of large commercial batch after satisfactory optimization.
• Provide all required reports to regulatory for dossier submission.
• Ensure compliance relevant to equipment and documents.
• Work closely within the group and lead to team with guidance of activities to ensure product development.
• Preparation of Recipe and Other Regulatory Work.
• Preparation of Product Data Sheet and keep updated Maintenance of logbook for Machine and Equipment.
• Ensure Cleanliness, Calibration and Record Keeping of R&D Equipment/Machine. Communication with MSD, Commercial, Planning, Production, Engineering, Warehouse QA & QC.
• Any other works given by Department Head required by Company.
