Job Responsibilities:
∎ Report to Quality Sr. Manager on hourly and daily basis with Quality report and documents, final the Defect root cause, work in production floor to lower the defect (%)
∎ Setting quality standards for the factory following buyer’s requirements and guidance for each departments and processes.
∎ Must having knowledge about making final inspection according to AQL level set
∎ Have to Plan, monitor, audit and ensure quality standards for products in coordination with production team.
∎ Follow up in process and end process manufacturing quality, quality data collection and analysis across factory.
∎ Setting up of quality monitoring systems. Liaison with cutting, sewing and managing quality assurance, resources deployed in different section.
∎ Monitor quality of the product, find defects and take remedial actions.
∎ Fabric inspection procedure according to buyer requirements and to take necessary action.
∎ Improve existing Quality systems to meet the buyer’s standards and ensure production outputs are in line with company’s targets.
∎ Familiarity with patterns, garment measurements, shrinkage
