• Only Male

• CA-CC, CA will get preference.

• Must be an Expert on Tally Software.

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Internal Audit

• Willing to work under pressure.

• Ability to process market survey reports and review the right process of purchase.

Responsibilities & Context

Texmart Trading Company Ltd. (A concern of Giant Group) is one of the leading fashion brand retailers of Bangladesh with brands like Texmart, Occult & Rave for men and women.

• Plan, execute and oversee comprehensive Internal audits.

• Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls, processes & systems.

• Conduct pre-audit and post-audit of bills, vouchers and financial transactions to ensure policy compliance and proper authorization.

• Carry out special audits and investigations as per directives from the Managing Director.

• Identify inefficiencies, fraud risks and areas of improvement & report to the Managing Director.

• Checking daily sales collections to ensure that they are deposited into the company`s bank accounts regular basis.

• Verify financial data entries, check cash/ bank/ journal voucher entries to identify discrepancies, and report to the Managing Director.

• Conduct inspections of account books, ledgers, and all financial statements prepared by the Finance & Accounts Department to ensure accuracy, completeness as per company standards.

• Audit purchase requisitions, bills, vouchers, stock ledgers, gate passes, challans and material movement records.

• Conduct periodic physical verification of fixed assets and store items.

• Checking of inter-company transaction register/ledger, Outstanding, Party Bills.

• Review monthly salary, wages, overtime, incentives, bonuses, arrears and employee benefit payments.

• Work closely with the purchase team and participate in spot purchase, market verification to justify price and quality.

• Market survey & quotation collection to verify procured items. Physical verification of maintenance work, development work, or any other Construction work.

• Attend periodic audits of shop inventory, finished goods, and raw materials, and prepare reports accordingly.

• Regularly check the Bank reconciliation statement report.

• Any other task assigned by the management.
