∎ CA-CC, CA/CMA (Partly Qualified)

∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Finance/ Accounts, Internal Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking and verifying of Supplier's bill, Construction bill, Cash Payment, and different types of voucher as well.
∎ Visit factory frequently to conduct routine audit work and examine whether the operation process and other work is being performed according to the management guidelines.
∎ Analysis of Inventory Management System and Verification of physical stock at factories and depots and regional offices on a regular basis.
∎ Checking and verifying of material and service procurement system and proper documentation as per company policy.
∎ Conduct pre-audit and post-audit on regular basis and report the observations on a specific timeline.
∎ Check the accuracy of Bank Reconciliation and report on a timely manner.
∎ Identification of operational risk, business risk and other significant risk areas and cooperate to develop related control.
∎ Ensuring accuracy of financial and operational information.
∎ Evaluating reliability and validity of financial, accounting, operational and other data and report accordingly.
∎ Support the development of internal control by giving special review on the operational process.
∎ Review the existing operational policies and identify the weakness and communicate to the superior management.
∎ Review, development and implementation of audit standard in order to enhancement of operational efficiency.
∎ VAT and Tax related compliance checking.
∎ Perform any other task as assigned by the superior management time to time.
