DZN Labels Ltd. (Dizayn Etiket Bangladesh) a 100% Turkish-owned garments accessories manufacturing company is looking for a young, talented and aspiring candidate who is a team player and multitasker.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and execute customer service strategies to retain existing customers and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Maintain daily follow-up with vendors for payment status and required document collection.
- Coordinate closely with Operations/Production teams to ensure timely readiness and delivery of goods as per customer requirements.
- Manage customer communication effectively to enhance brand loyalty and company reputation.
- Maintain and segment the customer database to support targeted communication and service activities.
- Develop creative solutions and service proposals, oversee execution, and report outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
- Handle tasks efficiently in a pressurized and fast-paced working environment.
- Consistently meet assigned targets and challenging objectives set by management.
- Ensure clear, professional, and timely communication via email and telephone.
- Coordinate with Commercial and Finance & Accounts teams regarding LC-related clarifications and documentation, following company procedures.
- Ensure timely issuance and resolution of proforma invoices and billing-related matters.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal processes and customer requirements.
