Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any discipline
∎ Preferable will be Tourism Education and Diploma in Air Ticketing System.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Issuing, canceling, and reissuing tickets.
∎ Must be familiar with Re-Issue, Re-Validation, Refund, Reschedule, and Fare Calculation.
∎ Quick response to Clients' queries.
∎ Provide visa assistance.
∎ Keep the company and customers up to date with any visa-related information.
∎ Organize travel from start to finish through ticket booking & Visa Processing
∎ Maintain all types of marketing channels we use.
∎ Maintain good communication with the customers about visa related issues and counselling process.
∎ Able to collect and provide foreign visa requirements to customers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience must be 2 years for any esteemed travels agencies or institution. Ticketing & visa processing native or abroad countries.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Communication, Customer Support/ Client Service, Reservation and ticketing, Tourism, and Visa Processing.
∎ The candidate must have proficiency in GSD like Amadeus, Abacus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.
∎ Dealing with customer complaints and requests effectively and courteously, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible
∎ Prepare documentation and submit all visa applications for the various countries.
∎ Ability to manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication.
∎ Other necessary jobs deemed by the Management.
