Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• 3 to 5 years

• Age At least 28 years

• Ability to review civil drawings in AutoCAD and BOQ.

• Ability to handle industrial construction projects.

• Contractor management.

• Flexibility to move in to different locations based on projects achievement.

• To develop, review and finalize the design, drawing, BOQ & BOM of the construction projects.

• Coordinating with external consultants for major projects for timely availability of drawings and BOOS.

• Supervising the construction works through site Inspections, reviewing against the design parameters and executing required rectifications.

• Managing available resources efficiently and effectively.

• Coordinating with contractors and resolving technical issues of project.

• Arranging contractors` payments based on work progress, actual work done and agreed payment terms.

• Coordinate with internal and external parties to find solutions to problems and then execute accordingly.

• To ensure that the project is completed upon compliance with relevant regulations, building codes and safety standards.

• Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. - Preparing project budget and implementation timeline.

• Finding out cost-effective solutions considering availability of materials and services. Quality inspection of construction materials.

• Salary Review: Yearly
