Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and send quotations for air filter products.
∎ Communicate with clients to understand requirements and provide updates.
∎ Coordinate with the factory regarding production timelines and product availability.
∎ Follow up on orders and ensure timely delivery.
∎ Generate and manage billing, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
∎ Cooperate with Accounts regarding billing and transactions.
∎ Maintain records and documentation of all correspondence and transactions.
∎ Assist the sales team with administrative tasks as needed
