Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree or equivalent in BBA, Marketing, Management or equivalent from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the activities and deliveries based on client briefs and pre-developed strategies
∎ Plan short term and long term marketing and promotional activities for different clients
∎ Able to connect the dots between the brand's expectations and consumers' insight.
∎ Delegate creative and strategic works to respective teams and ensure timely and quality delivery
∎ Maintain client relations and prepare campaign proposals and presentations
∎ Manage execution of approved campaigns
∎ Prepare regular reports of campaign performance
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least two to three years of experience in working in an advertising, marketing, creative, btl agency, digital or research agency. Potential applicants with specific experience in brand communications would get preference.
∎ Ability to manage multiple task at hand and deliver tasks within deadline
∎ Excellent team management and task delegation skills
∎ Fluent in Bangla and English (both speaking and writing)
∎ Expert in planning and maintaining campaigns, preparing reports, proposals and presentation decks with correct formatting
∎ Excellent business communication and negotiation skills
∎ Excellent presentation skills
∎ Openness to learn about new things
∎ For Bonus Marks:
∎ Previous experience in debate, presentation or public speaking
∎ Appreciation for arts, designs and trending pop culture
∎ Good taste in movies, books and music
∎ Sense of Humor
