Job Responsibilities:
∎ Data analysis import, distribution and other disbursement.
∎ Target setup for brand shop, retail channel and sales team.
∎ Stock analysis report & monitor inter warehouse, MD and Brand shop channels.
∎ Order Management MD, BS, Retail, B2B etc.
∎ Report preparation Target vs Achievement, Sale in-Sale out daily basis.
∎ Sales & Stock report, model wise, area wise, team wise (Hourly, Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
∎ Performance monitoring, Incentive and KPI calculation.
∎ Product analysis, Competitor analysis and market share analysis report.
∎ Customer promotion & trade promotion analysis report
∎ IMEI Tracking and report as require.
∎ To ERP (database) management & Tally
∎ To Market Development, Communication System Development, Sales operation development, Order management Development and Reporting system development
∎ Scope of business expansion analysis
∎ Build up strong communication system

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Experienced in MIS reporting candidates are recommended to apply.
∎ Willingness and ability to work long hours with the computer.
∎ Good Knowledge of Computer Science.
∎ Good Capability in Excel, Database Management.
∎ Typing: Bangla & English
∎ Excellent communication skill
