∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in AIS, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ Skills Required: Accounting Software

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting Software, Accounts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Spinning, Textile, Trading or Export/Import

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure timely Data Entry in the Electronic Accounting System.
∎ Preparing, Maintaining and Entering Bank related transactions.
∎ Prepare all kinds of voucher.
∎ Prepare Bank Reconciliation.
∎ Maintain receipts and Payment Vouchers, Cash Book, Ledger and different register to Finance and Accounts.
∎ Necessary Journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
∎ Cross check the payment with bills and ensure the nature of expense.
∎ LC related transactions posting.
∎ Maintain correspondence with Bank/Leasing institutions.
∎ Petty cash voucher checking;
∎ Recording and reporting all inter-company transactions;
∎ Any kind of task assigned by Management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 4 years experience is required in case of Sr. Executive.
∎ At least 7 years experience is required in case of Asst. Manager.
∎ Sound knowledge on Accounting.
∎ Computer related skill is a must.
∎ Leadership skill.
∎ Good communication skill in speaking and writing English is required.
∎ Can do attitude.
∎ Non-smoker.
