Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure timely Data Entry in the Electronic Accounting System.
∎ Preparing, Maintaining and Entering Bank related transactions.
∎ Prepare all kinds of voucher.
∎ Prepare Bank Reconciliation.
∎ Maintain receipts and Payment Vouchers, Cash Book, Ledger and different register to Finance and Accounts.
∎ Necessary Journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
∎ Cross check the payment with bills and ensure the nature of expense.
∎ LC related transactions posting.
∎ Maintain correspondence with Bank/Leasing institutions.
∎ Petty cash voucher checking;
∎ Recording and reporting all inter-company transactions;
∎ Any kind of task assigned by Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Candidate worked in Textile based Company/Group will get preference.
∎ The applicants should have good knowledge in the following area: Accounting & VAT, Commercial/Export-Import, International Trade, Dealing big LC & Textile Industrial products etc.
