Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Responsibilities
∎ Exposure preparation of monthly MIS and annual budgeting.
∎ Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
∎ Exposure preparation of annual budget and analysis.
∎ Manage local compliance in income Tax, VAT and BIDA etc.
∎ Perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and cash accounts and prepare the Bank reconciliation statement.
∎ Coordination and completion of quarterly & annual audits in compliance with local law and group requirement.
∎ Providing & reviewing financial reports/support as necessary.
∎ Analyze and report on financial status including income statement variances, communicating financial results to management.
∎ Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions in guidance with reporting supervisor / management.
∎ Statutory & financial compliance.
∎ Cash & Funds management.
∎ Ensure safety and security of account documents and ensure confidentiality of information.
∎ Perform any other jobs as and when assigned by the management.
∎ Educational Requirements
∎ Minimum Graduate from any reputed institute with major in Finance / Accounting.
∎ Qualified or semi qualified CA/CMA.
∎ Additional Requirements
∎ Good in MS Excel and MS Power Point.
∎ Experience in SAP.
∎ Communication skill in English will be good.
