Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Build company image with professionalism, behavior & refraining from any kind of negative & subversive activities
∎ Must be known BIDA / DIP/ RJSC / IRC
∎ Prepare documentation and submit all visa application for DIP.
∎ Must be known travel documents, work permit, visa on arrival, and security clearance for the Foreigners.
∎ Drafting authorization letters, Invitation letters and prepare application to BIDA.
∎ Maintain Proper Documentation and Communication with offices & Outside
∎ Responding calls and emails daily.
∎ Planning and managing new marketing initiatives
∎ Attending conferences, meetings and events conducted by MACF anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain files and records.
∎ Any kind of online fill up & submission Government Concern related.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
∎ Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
∎ Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
∎ High level of integrity and professionalism.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
