Job Context:
∎ NK Group is a multidisciplinary firm that delivers a comprehensive array in different areas like, Healthcare, Information Technology, Financial Telecommunication Services, Civil and Electrical Engineering and Construction, Project Management, Energy, Freight Forwarding and Infrastructure Development, etc.
∎ We are looking for a passionate Sr. Executive Accounts, Vat & Tax who has tactical and decision making recommendation for TAX, VAT related issues.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying potential TAX planning opportunities
∎ Preparation of statements for annual TAX audit and Tax return.
∎ Delivering VAT reporting, ensuring VAT compliance.
∎ Minimizing VAT liabilities and compliance issues
∎ Updated all Tax & VAT documents accordingly.
∎ Ensure all month end processes are auctioned on a timely basis
∎ Liaise with and manage the working relationship with NBR/VAT office during routine audits and inquiries
∎ Maximize efficiencies in working and reporting systems to reduce the VAT/Duty liabilities where possible within the legislative framework
∎ Preparation of VAT returns and other VAT reports for submission to government bodies
∎ Provide guidance on new VAT registration processes
∎ Proper maintenance of voucher, cashbook and ledger book on daily basis
∎ Sorting financial documents and posting them to the proper accounts
∎ Check and verify all kinds of bill for ensuring the accurate accounting transaction
∎ Check daily bank transaction and monthly bank reconciliation statement
∎ Ensure that all books of accounts (ledger, journal etc.) are maintained at full up-to-date condition all times
∎ Prepare and provide all financial report to the management;
∎ Financial forecasting and planning;
∎ Prepare Balance Sheet, Budget and budget variance report regularly
∎ Must be familiar with ERP Software & Tally 9-prime
∎ Ensure preparation and submission of periodic (quarterly/ half-yearly/ yearly) financial reports to the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ CA (CC) course completion would be given preference.
∎ Skills Required: Finance/ Accounts/VAT & TAX (ITP)
