∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounts and Finance, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounts and Finance
∎ Masters/Bachelors degree with a major in Accounts & Finance from a reputed public/private university.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Strong in MS Office (MS Word MS Excel), VAT and Tax
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Audting, bank reconciliation, Budgeting, Cash Flow Management, Export Import Through LC, Finance/ Accounts, Financial Forecasting, Internal Audit, PROFIT AND LOSS, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Trading or Export/Import
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare financial statements and other financial reports like accounting ledger, trial balance, project summary, receipt and payment statement, balance sheet, income statement and related accounting statements & reports.
∎ Capable to prepare financial cash flow, financial forecasting, budget & budgetary control of the whole accounts
∎ Prepare and maintain fixed assets register
∎ Prepare monthly & yearly Financial Statements
∎ Perform internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, financial systems, and operational processes.
∎ Monitor and ensure day-to-day Accounts & Financial activities are appropriately recorded in Books of Accounts.
∎ To record daily sales & collection of customers (dealer/retailer)
∎ Reconcile customer balances regularly
∎ Monitor customer balances regularly and generate various report
∎ Monitor and control of all sub-contract work bills, value of accessories & stock.
∎ Sound knowledge in computerized accounting, financial planning, cost, banking, Tax & VAT, and other related activities. Handling Company Tax and VAT-related papers.
∎ Monitor statement of LC and party wise receivable and documents updating with advice of commercial Department.
∎ Any other task as and when required or assign by the authority.

∎ Age 35 to 40 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Accounts and Finance, Internal Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Manufacturing (FMCG), Trading
∎ Proficiency in computer MS Word, MS Excel & MS Power Point.
∎ Excellent leadership and team management, problem-solving and multi-tasking skill.
∎ Excellent communication skills both written and speaking in English.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and assess risks and recommend appropriate controls.
