Accounts, Cost & Management Accounting, Finance/ Accounts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Trading or Export/Import
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check & process- suppliers bills in Tally Software
∎ Process all type of bank payment & payment voucher making through TALLY
∎ Calculation of TDS & VDS from suppliers bill, challan preparation & work with Tax department after payment
∎ Entry salary Journal voucher in Tally software
∎ Adjustment of all type of advances with respective bills
∎ Voucher regularize from authorized pending voucher folder
∎ Bank Reconciliation of CC, CD, LTR, USANCE, STL, SND etc. A/C
∎ Work with Inter-company loan reconciliation
∎ Calculation of bank interest
∎ Purchase reconciliation with factory/ Site
∎ Prepare accounts reports on monthly, Quarterly, half Yearly & Yearly basis
∎ Maintain proper filling of all type of vouchers
∎ Any other work assigned by line manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ In-depth knowledge and work experience on TALLY, ERP software
∎ Good knowledge and substantial working experience in the relevant field.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
∎ IT proficiency - MUST be good in MS Office package (Especially, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
∎ Ability to multi-task and remain organized, meet deadlines
Salary:
