Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ CA (CC) must be completed
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make payments by verifying & preserving relevant documents and also ensuring entry in ERP system time to time.
∎ Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested.
∎ Work with inter-company / project to ensure correct and timely reporting.
∎ Work for the improvement of ERP software to ensure all data are properly captured and reported in timely manner to take required action.
∎ Prepare estimates of costs for unique products in each stage (i.e. raw material stage, work in process stage and finished goods stage) in order to establish prices of products and to also assess COGS/COS.
∎ Manage day to day operations of the existing cost accounting related task like costing of each product, LC Closing, Material Consumption, & other Pre & post cost related works.
∎ Analyze and identify key areas of improvement and apply the cost estimation techniques to drive cost reductions and aid operational processes and efficiency
∎ Maintain & update entire accounts & finance related information in ERP system and generate necessary report as and when required.
∎ Maintain & Update Fixed Asset Register time to time
∎ Closely work with store to keep inventory record updated
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
