∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Digital Marketing, Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), omni channel digital marketing, SEO and Digital Marketer, SEO and Digital Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce, Retail Store

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and conduct media campaigns on Facebook, Google, YouTube and other digital ad networks having in depth knowledge in keyword (various platform) and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting.
∎ Design digital media campaign that aligns with the goals of our business
∎ Able to conduct influential marketing
∎ Creates necessary marketing database and conduct research
∎ Must have experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and content marketing
∎ Coordinate and support the creation of the digital content to use in various social platform
∎ Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization
∎ Making strategy in direct marketing methods to increase profitability
∎ Monitor ROI and KPIs & analysis performance & provide report timely manner, stay up-to-date with digital media developments.
∎ Create insightful detail plan and report (MS excel, PowerPoint or any required medium).
∎ Conduct research on market trends, brand's audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
∎ Develop relevant content, publish in digital channels, and regularly maintain the channels (social media, web, email, etc.) to reach the company's target customers
∎ Need experience to run a team.
∎ Must be able to do any task which will be given by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
