∎ We are currently seeking highly motivated Sr. Counsellor/Counsellors for Universal College Bangladesh. The Counsellor`s responsibility will be as follows:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generating and shortlisting hot leads from referrals, calls, social media posts, and walk-in students.
∎ Providing very high-quality counseling for prospective students.
∎ Driving student application volumes and ensuring the highest standards of student counseling satisfaction.
∎ Ensuring intensive understanding of the program and stellar ability to communicate details of these programs to prospective students.
∎ Assisting students with details of documentation required for scholarships, loan applications, and other supporting financial programs.
∎ Participating in online and offline volume-generating events in coordination with activation and marketing teams.
∎ Establishing the program as the premier choice in Bangladesh.
∎ Any other task assigned by the senior management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The prospective candidate should be graduate with excellent command over English, smart personality, and above 2 years minimum experience in either international student admission firms or international universities.
