We need 1 Senior Counselor or Assistant Destination Manager for UK, 1 for New Zealand, 1 for Australia, and 1 for Canada destination. The Senior Counselor or Assistant Destination Manager's duties include guiding students through the entire process of studying abroad in specific countries, such as the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. This role involves a blend of direct student counseling, application management, and high-level strategy to meet enrollment targets.
Job Responsibilities
Student and parent counseling
Profile assessment: Conduct comprehensive consultations to understand students' academic background, career ambitions, and financial capabilities.
Program matching: Advise students on suitable courses, institutions, and specific destinations based on their profiles and goals.
Guidance on requirements: Provide detailed and accurate information on eligibility, admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and living costs.
Pre-departure orientation: Prepare students for university life abroad, including travel arrangements and cultural adjustments.
Application and visa processing
End-to-end management: Manage the complete student journey, from the initial consultation to visa issuance.
Documentation: Guide and assist students with preparing and submitting application documents, including personal statements (SOPs), letters of recommendation, and transcripts.
Communication with universities: Liaise with foreign universities on behalf of students to manage applications, track progress, and secure offers.
Visa expertise: Provide in-depth and up-to-date guidance on visa application procedures, immigration policies, and compliance requirements for specific countries.
Leadership and business development
Team supervision: Supervise and mentor junior counselors to ensure they provide high-quality service and achieve their targets.
Target achievement: Meet and exceed enrollment and visa processing targets for the designated countries.
Market research: Stay informed on the latest trends and changes in international education and visa regulations.
Promotion and events: Assist in organizing and participating in promotional activities like education fairs, seminars, and webinars to attract prospective students.
Partner relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with international educational institutions and other stakeholders.
Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely reports on counseling and enrollment progress for management.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor's/Equivalent degree in any field. For any experienced person, HSC/Equivalent is acceptable.

Stay up-to-date on constantly changing visa regulations, admission policies, and application procedures for different study destinations.
Expert-level knowledge of a particular country or region is essential for providing specialized guidance.
Be proficient in guiding students through the preparation of application documents.
Maintain strong, effective working relationships with officials at partner institutions to facilitate applications and address issues.
Master verbal and written communication skills to effectively counsel students and parents, interact with international university delegates, and write professional emails.
Have a genuine interest in helping students achieve their goals and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. You must be an active listener to truly understand a client's needs.
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex visa or admission issues and other unexpected challenges.
Be able to support and guide students who may feel anxious or overwhelmed by the study abroad process.
Be flexible and able to adjust to new travel regulations, visa requirements, and evolving market trends.
Must lead, mentor, and train junior counselors and team members.
Ensure the team meets and exceeds enrollment and other business targets.
Effectively handle multiple student cases, applications, and deadlines while maintaining accurate records using CRM systems.
Know how to respond calmly and effectively to student emergencies abroad, including adherence to safety protocols.
Be highly ambitious and motivated to achieve individual and team-based enrollment goals.
Possess the ability to market services to potential clients, highlight benefits, and participate in promotional events and marketing campaigns.
Develop and implement strategies to ensure business growth, brand visibility, and target achievement for your assigned region or projects.
Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships not only with students and parents but also with educational partners and other stakeholders.
