Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with business leaders, stakeholders, and project teams to understand about the product and support the internal stakeholders in every possible way as and when required.
∎ Understand business/ product requirements, demonstrate strong communication skills with clients, and ensure a smooth presentation on behalf of the company both in local & internal market.
∎ Analyze and model business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
∎ Evaluate data and information to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
∎ Develop detailed business cases to support project initiatives.
∎ Work closely with the development team to ensure an accurate and complete understanding of requirements
∎ Provide expertise in data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
∎ Contribute to project management activities, including project planning and monitoring.
∎ Stay current on industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ B.Sc in Computer Science Engineering or Bachelor/Master of Business Administration (MBA).
∎ 7-10 years job experience working with ERP/ CRM/ eCommerce product.
∎ Certification: CBAP preferable.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills.
∎ Analytical mindset.
∎ Exceptional interpersonal skills.
