∎ Increase enrollment per program run at UCB.
∎ Fulfill the major KRA of enrollment as per the relevant individual target assigned.
∎ Generate and shortlist hot leads from referrals, calls, social media posts, and walk-in students.
∎ Provide very mature counseling for prospective students.
∎ Ensure intensive understanding of the program and stellar ability to communicate details of these programs to prospective students.
∎ Assist students with details of the documentation required for scholarships, loan applications, and other supporting financial programs.
∎ Participate in online and offline lead-generating events, in coordination with outreach marketing teams.
∎ Establish the programs run by UCB, as the premier choice program in Bangladesh.
