Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed.
∎ Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.
∎ Coordinate with management to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
∎ Generate financial reports and statements to Managers for review.
∎ Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions.
∎ Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to management.
∎ Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely fashion.
∎ Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts.
∎ Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.
∎ Assist in TAX management activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.
∎ Assist in company valuation calculation by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.
∎ Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations.
∎ Review and recommend changes to existing accounting procedures.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):?Computer skill, Accounting, MS Word, MS Excel

∎ BBA/MBA degree holder will get preference
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Budget preparation and expense management activities
∎ Candidate must have in depth understanding of reconciliations and journal entries
∎ Problem-solving ability
∎ Personal skill: Honest, Transparent, Teamwork ability, Punctual & must be following ethics
∎ Excellent communication skills

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 40000 (Monthly)
