Responsibilities & Context:
Perform maintenance, servicing, repair, and troubleshooting of Package Type, Split Type, and Portable Type Air Conditioners.
Carry out maintenance and repair of Cooling Towers, Pumps, and Exhaust Fans to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct gas welding and electric arc welding for repair and installation tasks as required.
Supervise and ensure the completion of periodic preventive maintenance in line with the established schedule.
Diagnose system faults and execute necessary corrective measures efficiently.
Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all HVAC systems are operating within safety and performance standards.
