Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to lead the effort to make decisions about the quality of the product under development
∎ Develop and manage effective Test Plan & Strategy for Enterprise applications (Web, Mobile App, Database, API, etc.)
∎ Possess and effectively apply the required technical know-how to support the Test Strategy and Plan
∎ Ability to analyze requirements and gain sound knowledge about the product under test
∎ Ability to develop high-quality test scripts by applying different Test Techniques
∎ Test and find high priority bugs early in the process
∎ Keep learning the new technologies and effectively apply those in the projects
∎ Effectively guide team members when required
∎ Self-motivated individuals who can deliver the tasks independently and on time under pressure without compromising the quality
∎ Deliver required in Test Documentation as required
∎ Be a team player and effectively communicate & collaborate with English spoken team members
∎ Adhere to all the company policy and processes
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum Three (03) years of experience in Software Testing
∎ Experience in different testing tools (JIRA, Helix, JAMA, Postman) is a plus
∎ High work Ethics & Professionalism
