∎ We are seeking a skilled and experienced Specialist - Project Proposal Writing/Project Development Manager to join our dynamic apparel company. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our growth and securing new business opportunities by crafting compelling and strategic project proposals. As a vital member of our team, s/he will collaborate with various departments to create comprehensive and persuasive proposals that showcase our company`s capabilities and solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proposal Development: Research, plan, and develop concept notes, and project proposals that effectively communicate our company's value proposition, services, and solutions to prospective clients.
∎ Content Creation:
∎ Write clear, concise, and persuasive content for proposals, tailoring messaging to address client needs and requirements while adhering to brand guidelines and creating project pitch decks from scratch.
∎ Build storyline arcs using persuasive language and creative visuals on slides
∎ Financial Analysis: Work with the Finance department to include accurate cost estimates, pricing, and budget information within proposals.
∎ Quality Control:
∎ Review content and recommend improvements, including content clarity and brevity to pitch deck.
∎ Assess potential risks and technical challenges and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
∎ Deadline Management: Manage proposal timelines and deadlines, coordinating efforts to ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals.
∎ Proposal Tracking: Maintain a database of proposal content, templates, and outcomes for future reference and continuous improvement.
∎ Execution of Project: Determine resource requirements and identify resources with right skills to successfully execute projects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 years of professional work and proven track record of successful project proposal writing, preferably within the apparel or fashion industry.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner.
∎ Strong research and analytical skills to gather and synthesize relevant information.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software.
∎ Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Familiarity with apparel industry trends, market dynamics, and client preferences.
∎ Self-motivated, creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and establish strong working relationships.
∎ Strong organizational and time-management skills, with an emphasis on meeting deadlines.
Salary: Tk. 80000 - 100000 (Monthly)
