To provide specialized medical care to paediatric and neonatal patients, ensuring accurate diagnosis, timely treatment, and holistic management in collaboration with Consultants and the clinical team.

• Diagnose and manage paediatric & neonatal patients in Nursery, IPD, NICU, and emergencies.

• Assist Consultants in complex cases and procedures.

• Provide timely interventions during emergencies.

• Monitor patient progress and escalate critical cases.

• Ensure infection control and patient safety at all times.

• Work with nurses, residents, and allied health professionals for seamless care.

• Support multidisciplinary management of patients.

• Mentor and train junior doctors, residents, and nurses.

• Participate in CME sessions and clinical discussions.

• Support departmental audits and quality improvement programs.

• Contribute to policy and protocol development.
