Job Context:
∎ Preferably Retired members from Armed Forces
∎ Having his own arms will be preferable (Optional)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Security & Protocol duties of MD & Family.
∎ Ensure security of MD's residence.
∎ Maintaining liaison with Police, highway police, DMP traffic division, local police, station, district police and other forces for necessary requirements timely.
∎ Look After Airport protocol duties of MD & Family.
∎ Maintaining various registers of the protocol team.
∎ Develop and implement security policies and procedures to safeguard the Managing Director's information and assets.
∎ Oversee security systems and equipment.
∎ Conduct regular risk assessments related to security and protocol matters.
∎ Develop and implement emergency response plans to address security incidents or unforeseen circumstances during events.
∎ Train staff on emergency response procedures and conduct regular drills.
∎ Prepare reports on security and protocol matters for management review.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Height: Minimum 5' 8"
∎ Any Special Training in Protocol and Close protection etc.
∎ Smart & Energetic
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Good team member
∎ Ability to work as a team.
∎ Good oral & written communication skills
∎ Willing to travel as & when required.
