Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc / MSc / MBA in Computer science /Information technology/ Finance/ Accounts/ Management from any recognised university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the project team to provide a professional Project and Design Management service internally and externally, as directed by BRAC PMU.
∎ Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
∎ Participate in the design of project management processes and budget planning.
∎ Ensure resource availability and allocation.
∎ Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
∎ Build and maintain good working relationships with clients to ensure complete customer satisfaction and good prospects for future business.
∎ Coordinate and ensure smooth operation of multiple projects from start to finish.
∎ Fill in for project managers by managing daily operations in their absence.
∎ Responsible for directing the project team to manage the project scope, budget and schedule.
∎ Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
∎ Focus on technology division AOP objectives, activities and deliverables.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 years of experience in relevant field.
∎ Collaborate with other project team members to assist them for managing their projects.
∎ Assist Programme Head / SME's relate to their strategic vision related to project management.
∎ Coordinate with the external project management team working for BRAC.
Salary: Negotiable
