∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Installation: Design, assemble, and install solar panels, racking, and electrical equipment on roofs and other structures
∎ Testing: Test the solar panel system to ensure it's working as intended after connecting it to the power grid.
∎ Maintenance: Maintain and repair the solar panel system over its lifetime
∎ Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues with the solar equipment
∎ Safety: Maintain a high level of safety while working outdoors for extended periods
∎ Compliance: Ensure installations comply with site assessments and schematics
∎ Electrical work: Perform electrical work, such as current checks, and install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
