Responsibilities & Context:
CodeWare Limited is seeking a Software Support Executive to join our team. We are a leading software company in Bangladesh, specializing in advanced bus ticketing solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, gathering client feedback, and ensuring the smooth delivery of our software services.
Job Responsibilities
- Understand the Bus Ticketing Software System and provide effective support to customers.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and requirements with professionalism.
- Document and submit customer feedback, complaints, and new requirements to the office.
- Internally test and verify features before delivery to clients.
- Communicate with clients through online meetings, calls, or in-person visits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and system improvements.
