Software Company, Supply Chain
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support/ Assist Healthcare ERP Software implementation and training.
∎ Provide our software training to our clients both physically and virtually.
∎ Provide software support and troubleshooting physically, using Team-viewer/Skype/phone, etc.
∎ Communicate with the client regularly with software new features.
∎ Willing to work under pressure.
∎ Responsible for handling customer complaints and resolving them efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
∎ Assist ERP software presentations to clients with the sales team.
∎ Other responsibilities as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Very good knowledge of customer service or ERP and IT. (Experience in the health sector is a bonus). Capable of handling new challenges, problem solvers & and knows how to handle clients smoothly.
∎ Must be a good team player.
∎ Knowing about driving a motorbike will get a preference.
∎ Honest, Confident, Smart, Professional, Hardworking & Energetic.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ The salary range can be increased up to 35000. Salary may be reviewed based on performance.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus, Provident fund, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
