Additional Requirements:
  • Age 20 to 35 years
  • Excellent verbal communication skills (especially over phone and chat).

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

  • Ability to create engaging captions and basic content ideas.

  • Good sense of social media trends, timing, and audience behavior.

  • Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is a plus.

  • Teamwork and time management skills to handle multiple pages or clients.

  • Positive attitude, patience, and client-handling capability.

  • Experience in running paid campaigns will be an added advantage.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Communicate directly with clients through phone calls and messages to understand their needs, share updates, and maintain strong relationships.

  • Manage and grow the company’s social media pages across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

  • Plan and post engaging content following the brand’s strategy and marketing calendar.

  • Coordinate with the creative team for visuals, captions, and campaign planning.

  • Respond promptly to comments, messages, and client queries across platforms.

  • Track and analyze performance metrics to measure engagement and improve results.

  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices.
