• Develop and implement a social media strategy to align with different campaign goals and objectives.

• Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including strategic, dynamic and video content.

• Manage the company`s social media channels, including Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.

• Grow the company`s social media following and increase engagement with followers.

• Monitor social media trends, track, and analyze metrics, and adjust the social media strategy accordingly.

• Work with cross-functional teams and support to ensure social media efforts are aligned with overall business strategy.

• Collaborate with influencers and other brands to increase brand awareness and reach new audiences.

• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, SEO and ad creative development.

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints on social media channels.

• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and technologies, and continually improve the company`s social media presence.
