Job Context:
∎ Closet Cloud is a lifestyle brand aiming to fulfil the need for Clothing all over Bangladesh.
∎ We are looking for a social media manager to help us with the day-to-day online operations
Job Responsibilities:
∎ •Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
∎ •Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
∎ •Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news).
∎ •Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
∎ •Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner (if needed) and monitor customer reviews.
∎ •Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout)
∎ •Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
∎ •Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
∎ •Communicate and negotiate with promotional partners as needed for joint marketing activities.
∎ •Communicating with Social Media Influencers for collaboration and promotional marketing campaigns.
∎ •Other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ •Proven work experience as a social media manager
∎ • Hands-on experience in content management
∎ •Excellent copywriting skills (Both Bengali & English)
∎ •Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
∎ •Knowledge of online marketing channels
∎ •Excellent communication skills (Both Bengali & English)
∎ •Analytical and multitasking skills
∎ • Bachelor's degree in any discipline. (Students are also highly encouraged to apply)
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
∎ As per company policy
