∎ About Closet Cloud Jewellery:
∎ Closet Cloud Jewellery, an extension of the renowned Closet Cloud brand, has been delivering high-quality jewellery pieces for the past few years. We are expanding our team and are looking for two Social Media Managers who are passionate about digital marketing and fashion to help elevate our jewellery brand's online presence.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Content Creation & Posting: Develop creative and engaging content (photos, videos, and captions) to promote our jewellery collections across social media platforms.
∎ 2. Facebook Live Product Posts: Host and manage Facebook Live sessions to showcase new and exclusive jewellery items to customers.
∎ 3. Daily Social Media Updates & Engagement: Keep social media platforms updated daily, engage with followers, respond to comments, and create an interactive online community.
∎ 4. Social Media Strategy & Planning: Work with the marketing team to craft and implement effective social media strategies.
∎ 5. Trend Monitoring & Adapting: Stay updated on the latest trends in social media, fashion, and jewellery to adapt content accordingly.
∎ 6. Customer Queries & Invoicing: Respond promptly to customer queries on social media, and assist in generating invoices for online orders.

∎ Qualifications:
∎ • Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management, preferably in the fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle industries.
∎ • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field.
∎ • Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
∎ • Experience in content creation (photography, video editing, copywriting).
∎ • Familiarity with hosting Facebook Live or similar digital events.
∎ • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).• Ability to analyze social media metrics and make data-driven decisions.
