∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB) in Bangladesh Labor Law, Bachelor of Social Science (BSS)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Social Compliance Trainings and Audits
∎ Preparation of Training Material & Training Reports
∎ Training Delivery/ Scheduling and Follow-up of Trainings to factory workers, Middle Management & Top Management
∎ Excellent knowledge on labour standards, social protection, fire and building law & COC matters
∎ Highly presentable and smart with excellent communication skill in English & Bengali
∎ Should be able to Travel

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in the field of implementing labor and social protection legislation
∎ Experience in Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct/ Fire safety & Building Safety
∎ Experience in delivering interactive training sessions to Factory Workers, Middle Management and Top Management
∎ Computer literacy and ability to effectively use office technology equipment
