Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering
∎ But well experience in SMT line candidates educational qualification relaxable

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, direct and coordinate the SMT manufacturing lines and processes.
∎ Generate SMT and AOI programs utilizing offline software.
∎ Develop, evaluate and improve manufacturing methods and ensure minimal downtime through utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, tooling and production equipment capabilities, change-over methods and quality control standards.
∎ Must be familiar with Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) electronic components and SMT assembly processes
∎ Must be able to set-up and operate automated SMT assembly equipment including Screen Printer, Pick and Place Machine, Reflow Oven and X-Ray Machine
∎ Shall be accountable for quality, quantity and inspection of work performed Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
∎ Must have Knowledge and ability to operate Fuji NXT-II, Fuji NXT/CP Pick & Place Equipment
∎ Knowledge and ability to setup, verify and change component in Fuji Feeder
∎ Knowledge and ability to validate Fuji program and kitted parts
∎ Knowledge of Component Identification and correct part polarity marking
∎ Verify completeness of customer supplied PCA documentation files
∎ Create Assembly Drawings and DNI lists from customer supplied CAD files
∎ Communicate with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes.
∎ Ability to determine minimal cycle time and provide training necessary to assure Zero-Defect Quality and On-time Delivery.
∎ Apply statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential.
∎ Perform other tasks as directed by supervisory and management staff.
∎ Program Surface Mount Technology (SMT) machines
∎ Inspect boards produced for component alignment, missing components, incorrect or damaged components, component orientation, and solder joint quality
∎ Manually install missing components
∎ Transfer completed assemblies to the next work station
∎ Develop and foster a teamwork environment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ A skilled manufacturing engineer with 5 or more years of hands-on SMT printed circuit board assembly experience.
∎ An experienced technical individual who understands machinery and shop floor terminology.
∎ A customer-focused manager with demonstrated ability to schedule, forecast and meet deadlines.
∎ A believer in and driver of continuous improvement activities that will deploy Lean methodology and Six Sigma quality throughout the organization.
∎ A person with a sense of urgency and a pro-active approach to problem solving.
