Experience:
Reporting to work on time prescribe by the Manager Area / Project
Making sure all the manpower who has been delegated to him arrive on the dispatch area prior on receiving the Daily scope of work.
Ensure that all the required inspection sticker is valid for all the Tools, equipment that will be utilize on the location before dispatching them on the site for example “compressor 3rd party certificate and sticker must be Valid”.
Supervising daily inspections on all equipment given to the site, ensuring all required checklists, certificate is thoroughly completed, and necessary requirements are in place.
Proactively joining the WPR identifying hazards within the organization and identify control measures, and ensure their implementation with continuous monitoring.
Supervising and actively participate in safety meetings and drills.
Follow up with the WPR to conduct a Daily Toolbox Talk with the Safety Officer regarding the site situation and activities prior in starting the daily scope of work (TBT).
Ensure compliance of safety rules and standards both on and off the job. Serve as a role model for safety compliance by adhering to those set rules and standards by himself/ herself.
Promptly report and investigate all accidents, incidents, and near-miss occurrences. Document and file all reported incidents for further investigation.
Also, Stop, report, and file unsafe act/conditions.
Enforce the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all job tasks and activities.
Verify the competency/ training of the employee in their respective roles. • Perform the site visit for all the daily scope of work with full understanding the job requirements.
Act as the source of communication between the WPR and workers and the management staff.
Ensure the development and familiarity of emergency procedures and evacuation plans at the work location.
Be well-versed with approved health, safety, and environmental plans and ensure their compliance with this plan across the project.
Maintain accurate records of all the Job completion certificates and other DPR quantity for at least 3 months.
Ability to support in the planning process, procedures, and systems.
