Job Location: PBS Shop, Shantinagar, Dhaka
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enforce store operation policies to ensure smooth daily activities
Monitor and maintain stock levels, ensuring timely restocking and inventory accuracy
Oversee daily operations including staff supervision and customer service.
Collaborate with marketing to execute promotions, offers, and campaigns
Track store performance and prepare concise, actionable reports
Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to improve product selection and store layout
