Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for both retail and corporate sale.
∎ Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff.
∎ Managing budgets.
∎ Maintaining statistical and financial records.
∎ Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
∎ Overseeing pricing and stock control.
∎ Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so.
∎ Preparing promotional materials and displays.
∎ To established sales opportunities through networking, building relationships, conducting outdoor activities.
∎ Build corporate database and be responsible for lead generation and deal closure with necessary documentation.
∎ Visit clients or arrange meetings to discuss a product and how it will meet the requirement of a customer.
∎ Contact customers via emails and phone calls to offer them product and services.
∎ Liaising with head office regularly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Responsible for overseeing daily operations of the shop
∎ Making sure it runs smoothly and effectively

∎ Creating business strategies
∎ Developing promotional materials
