Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a competent Shop In Charge in all over Bangladesh for our Gprojukti.com Ltd to help us develop and implement our growth strategies. This position is best suited for candidates who want to gain valuable experience in different areas beyond traditional sales sector with advancement potential.
∎ We also give preference to the local manpower.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for both retail and corporate sale.
∎ Helping in recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff.
∎ Managing budgets.
∎ Maintaining statistical and financial records.
∎ Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
∎ Overseeing pricing and stock control.
∎ Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so.
∎ Preparing promotional materials and displays.
∎ To establish sales opportunities through networking, building relationships, conducting outdoor activities.
∎ Building corporate database and be responsible for lead generation and deal closure with necessary documentation.
∎ Visiting clients or arrange meetings to discuss a product and how it will meet the requirement of a customer.
∎ Contacting customers via emails and phone calls to offer them product and services.
∎ Liaising with head office regularly.
