বয়স সর্বোচ্চ ২৮-৩৫ বছর, যেকোন স্বীকৃত উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক শিক্ষাবোর্ড হতে এইচএসসি পাশ হতে হবে। অভিজ্ঞতা সম্পন্ন প্রার্থীকে উক্ত পদে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে। ঢাকা অফিস আবাসিক-এ রাত্রি যাপন করতে হবে।
পদের জন্য ৫,০০০/- (পাঁচ হাজার) টাকা প্রদান করতে হবে যা চাকরি শেষে সুদবিহীন ফেরত দেওয়া হবে এবং শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতার মূল সনদপত্র সংস্থায় জমা রাখতে হবে
