Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manpower handling, monitoring, plan execution shift wise.
∎ Mold loading-unloading as per Schedule (Blow/Injection molding machine).
∎ Machine parameter setting & quality full products produces.
∎ To solve the trouble shooting of Blow & Injection molding machine.
∎ Mold related works.
∎ Air compressor, chiller, cooling tower, hydraulic & pneumatic related works.
∎ Products calculation as per shift wise.
∎ Raw - materials calculation as per recipe.
∎ Checking the fire protection equipment’s to ensure it is effective when needed.
∎ Coordinate with production & QC team to complete the machine’s adjustment related task.
∎ Any others job as per management decision.
