∎ বাইসাইকেল/ মোটরসাইকেল চালিয়ে মাঠ পর্যায়ে ঋণ কার্যক্রম বাস্তবায়ন করতে হবে।
∎ মাঠ পর্যায়ে সঞ্চয় ও ঋণ কার্যক্রম বাস্তবায়নে কমপক্ষে ২ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ প্রার্থীকে দক্ষ ও স্মার্ট হতে হবে।
∎ কাজের পারফরমেন্সের উপর ভিত্তি করে বিশেষ ইন্সেন্টিভ প্রদান করা হবে।
∎ বাইসাইকেল/ মোটরসাইকেল চালিয়ে মাঠ পর্যায়ে ঋণ কার্যক্রম বাস্তবায়ন করতে হবে।

∎ শাপলা গ্রাম উন্নয়ন সংস্থা মাইক্রো ক্রেডিট রেগুলেটরি অথরিটি (এমআরএ) কর্তৃক অনুমোদিত ( সনদ নং : ০৫৩১৮-০০৫৬১-০০০৫৩ ) একটি বেসরকারি উন্নয়ন সংস্থা। পল্লী কর্ম-সহায়ক ফাউন্ডেশন (পিকেএসএফ) এবং ব্যাংক এর আর্থিক সহায়তায় ঋণ কার্যক্রম পরিচালনার জন্য উল্লেখিত পদে জরুরী ভিত্তিতে কর্মকর্তা/ কর্মী নিয়োগ করা হবে।

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ শিক্ষানবিশ কালে ২৫,০০০/- টাকা। চাকরি স্থায়ীকরণ হলে পিএফ, গ্রাচ্যুয়িটি সুবিধা ও অন্যান্য ভাতাসহ সর্বমোট ৩০,০০০ /- টাকা।
