• Age 20 to 35 years

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults in automotive or commercial vehicles.

• Conduct routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and inspections as per manufacturer standards.

• Support vehicle commissioning, warranty claims, and post-sales service activities.

• Use diagnostic tools and service software to identify performance and safety issues.

• Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure accurate and timely repairs.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company service procedures.

• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.

• Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding vehicle operation and maintenance.

• Liaise with parts department to identify and requisition required spare parts.

• Attend technical training sessions to stay updated on new vehicle models and technologies.

• Assist in breakdown support and field service operations when required.

• Monitor service turnaround time and help improve customer satisfaction.
