Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Stay updated on global fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and silhouettes to create fresh and innovative womenswear designs.
∎ Create mood boards, sketches, CAD designs, and detailed tech packs with specifications, trims, and construction details.
∎ Work closely with fabric mills, suppliers, and manufacturers to source sustainable and cost-effective materials.
∎ Oversee sample development, participate in fitting sessions, and ensure product quality and design alignment.
∎ Present collections to buyers, incorporate feedback, and modify designs based on market and brand requirements.
∎ Explore eco-friendly materials, sustainable production methods, and digital design tools.
∎ Ensure timely execution of design projects in line with seasonal collection deadlines.
