* Strong hands-on experience with developed-country visas, particularly the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Schengen countries.
* Strong knowledge of international visa requirements and procedures.
* Excellent client communication and problem-solving abilities.
* High attention to detail, honesty, and professionalism.
* Ability to manage multiple applications independently.
Responsibilities & Context:
* Handle visa processing for multiple countries, including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Schengen countries, and major destinations across Asia and the Middle East.
* Process Tourist, Visit, and Business Visas.
* Prepare and verify visa applications, supporting documents, Cover Letters, and Travel Itineraries.
* Stay updated on visa requirements, application fees, embassy procedures, and appointment schedules.
* Provide professional visa consultation and maintain regular client follow-ups.
* Coordinate with Sales, Reservation, and Accounts departments.
* Maintain accurate application records and ensure timely processing.
