∎ Bachelor/Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to handle telephone, hot line, e-mail, social Media inquiries.
∎ Checking qualification, eligibility of the applicants, follow destination countries, visa application processing system.
∎ Creating and managing customer, maintain visitors Database and Regular follow-up them.
∎ Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms and maintain files and record.
∎ Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
∎ Acquiring the monthly revenue and profit target generated by the management.
∎ Design complete travel itineraries for clients.
∎ Ability to handle unforeseen problems and complaints of clients and determine effective solution.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Immigration/Visa Processing, Counseling
∎ Must be presentable and good in English.
∎ Must have knowledge on Microsoft word, Power point and Excel.
∎ Good organizational and time-management skills.
∎ Great interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
